Legal Assistant / Paralegal - Maidstone - £25,000

My prestigious client is seeking a Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join their team to support the business with advice, contract reviews and drafting of legal documentation.

Duties Include:

* Updating and liaising with insurers details
* Provide business with advice on consumer law, trademark law and small claims litigation
* Reviewing contracts
* Typing and collating of documents
* Responding to escalated complaints and disputes

Experience / Skills Required:

* Experience in Legal specifically consumer law and litigation
* Strong administration skills and attention to detail
