We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join the Business Solutions Centre, part of our Group Technology and Change function. Reporting to the Head of Programme & Project Management, the role will manage the delivery of a portfolio of technology projects centred on our Microsoft Dynamics and Workday technology stack and the associated business processes.

What's involved?

The Business Solutions Centre, is part of the Group Technology and Change function, working closely with all parts of the Clarion Housing Group business to ensure that we utilise and develop our technology to deliver effective business outcomes to serve our customers.

You'll manage & develop a small team of Project Managers to deliver technology projects of varying scale and complexity. You'll take ownership of project delivery to ensure agreed timescales, budgets and quality are delivered.

You'll engage with key stakeholders at all levels to collaboratively identify and work through key issues and risks across the project, whilst managing project budgets within agreed tolerances. You'll effectively plan and manage specialist resources from within the team and from third parties to deliver agreed project outcomes.

What are we looking for?

We'll require you to have a recognised project or programme management qualification/certification, Prince2, MSP or PMP and knowledge of structured methodologies.

Amongst other skills and experience, you'll also need:

* Demonstrable experience working as a senior project manager or similar
* Experience of line management of a small team
* Experience of managing technology and process improvement projects enabled by ERP and CRM systems

Housing sector experience will be desirable
