We are working with a well established Manufacturing specialist in Dover, who are looking to expand their HR team and recruit a Recruitment and Training Coordinator.

This is a fast paced role, where your high level of communication and administration skills will be utilised.

Working to tight deadlines supporting the HR administrator, you will ideally have Level 3 in Business or equivalent experience and training administration experience. Being proactive is paramount in this role and you will need to be able to work on your own initiative. The successful candidate will have excellent computer skills, and be confident in MS Office packages, Excel, Word, Office and Outlook.
