3rd Line Support Analyst - North Kent - Up to £45,000 plus benefits

Skills required - Essential

* Proven background in 3rd Line Support Analyst role

* Work in a very paced environment with multiple tickets

* MS Server 2008/2012/2016 including NLB and clustering

* VMware vSphere 5.0+ in an enterprise environment

* Exchange Server and Office 365

* TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and vLANs

* Backup and DR services (Backup Exec, Datto, Azure)

* Installing, configuring and managing Cisco switches and routers

* iSCSI/Fibre channel Storage Area Networks, such as EMC

* Windows Script Host/VBScript/ PowerShell

* Patch management deployment/Windows Software Update Services

* Excellent customer service skills

* Avaya phone systems

* Understanding of VOIP

Daily duties

* Working on and managing multiple IT projects with other members of the IT team

* Handle escalated calls from the 2nd Line Support team

* Maintaining the infrastructure, AD, LAN, Internet Access, firewalls and Exchange/Office365

* Administer VMware, Citrix inc SAN, Avaya systems, network performance, backup and DR

* Build multiple third party and supplier relationships

* Keep all operational documentation up to date
