Professional, friendly, outgoing Service Advisor required at Wilmoths Citroen Maidstone.
Previous main dealer experience preferred but not essential.
The ideal candidate must be able to work under pressure and ensure customers are informed throughout their visit and timelines are met.
This role is not just about serving customers. The candidate will be under pressure to meet upsell targets, to sell service plans via the E-mac service plan providers whilst maintaining the highest levels of CSI for the brand.
You will receive a basic salary of £21,000 plus bonuses for upsell, service plans, achieving departmental budgets. The hours of work will be 8:00am – 5:30pm with 1 hour lunchbreak and will work every other Saturday on a rotor that is paid as overtime at time and a half. All this will give you OTE of 27k – 28k.
You will receive 22 days holiday plus bank holidays.
