As the successful Recruitment Consultant, you will be working with existing clients and growing your client base, making a big impact and adding significantly to the branch turnover.
Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am - 5.30pm and due to the nature of the role you will have an on call mobile provided.
As the ideal candidate you will;
* Have proven B2B sales experience
* Have excellent communication skills
* Have fantastic customer service skills
* Have a proven track record of constantly achieving set KPIs and targets
* Have the ability to work independently and in a close knit team
* Be able to work in a sometimes pressurised environment
* Be self-motivated and ambitious
Due to the nature of the role, you must have a full driving licence and access to your own car.
