Supply Desk is keen to engage enthusiastic and aspiring Graduate Cover Supervisors to deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher to work in our client schools in Maidstone, Kent Successful candidates will be delivering a range of lessons supported throughout the KS3/KS4 UK curriculum and working with a diverse range of students with a range of differing abilities, levels and needs. This is an exciting, yet incredibly challenging opportunity that will enable successful applicants to gain valuable skills to progress a career in teaching.

You will be responsible for:
The supervision of a class in the absence of the teacher
Keeping pupils engaged and on task
Provision of in-class support
Classroom management and organisation including implementing effect behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
Collecting any completed work after the lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher.

The Ideal Candidate will have:
Degree or relevant experience.
Good Level of numeracy and literacy skills
Good communication skills
A desire to pursue a career in Education
Have experience of working with children.
