Working for a leading Property Search Specialist alongside the Helpdesk Manager, the Customer Services Supervisor will be responsible for delivering award winning standards in customer care.
The role will involve that the team reach individual and group KPIs and SLAs. The Customer Services Supervisor will also act as an escalation point for customers.
Customer Services Supervisor Requirements:
* Experience in working in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment
* Knowledge of quality checks, assessments and performance reviews
* A proactive approach to process improvements
* Excellent time management, IT skills and strong written and verbal communication
* Ability to identify and implement training schedules.
This role would suit someone who has excelled in a customer service focused role and is passionate about helping a team deliver exceptional results.
