Working for a leading Property Search Specialist, the Quality & Training Specialist will be integral to the growth and improvement of the Training & Quality Team.

The role will involve working with current staff and new starters to work on soft skills development whilst also ensuring that best practice is followed across all departments.

This is a training and development role working to deliver workshops, training sessions and 1:1 coaching across the business.

Quality & Training Specialist Requirements:

* Experience in working in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment
* Knowledge of quality checks and assessments
* Confident in delivering outstanding training programs and monitoring progress
* Excellent time management, IT skills and strong written and verbal communication
* Ability to develop creative learning solutions

This role would suit someone who is passionate about delivering projects and maintaining high standards throughout a business.
