Our Client is looking for a temp to perm cleaner for a school in Sevenoaks.
Duties include
To undertake all aspects of cleaning flooring, walls, fixtures and fittings, and light equipment to standard outlined in the Cleaning specification according to the cleaning rota or as directed.
To operate floor cleaning machinery such as buffing machines, carpet shampooers
To be aware of and follow COSHH guidelines for all cleaning materials utilising the correct chemical and equipment for each task.
To clean flooring using appropriate equipment and machines
To clean and maintain all equipment to the highest standard.
To ensure that hazard-warning signs are used appropriately when floors are wet or slippery or when work is carried out in visually obscured areas.
To be flexible to alterations made to the daily, weekly, termly and annual working routines.
To assist with moving of equipment and furniture.
To attend to any reasonable requests made by management, adopting a flexible approach at all times.
Monday to Friday 3pm to 7pm term time with additional hours available during school holidays.
£8.21 per hour
