Company Profile
They are a global leader in what they do, with worldwide distribution channels. Their headquartered are in Broadstairs, on a 4.5-hectare state of the art manufacturing plant incorporating high-tech manufacturing and research and development facilities.

Following a review of their current process needs and resource, a number of temporary opportunities have arisen for Process Operators to join their production teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning Operations team and to work for a company that really does value and invest in their employees. The working hours are 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday.


Position Expectations
As a process operator, you will work in a busy and demanding operations environment, demonstrating a high level of workplace organisation; a positive work ethic; excellent attitude; attendance and safety record; be prepared to take part in continuous improvement and learn new skills as necessary to become fully flexible. You will join a team whose continuous improvement programme and high standards have become key to ensuring our future as a ‘world class’ manufacturer.

The Candidate
Applicants should have a minimum of GCSE English, Maths and Science at grade C or above (or equivalent).
Experience of working within the chemical industry, or similar heavy industrial environment would be advantageous as would knowledge of Lean manufacturing working practices.
