Knowledge & Experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within Hard Facilities Management / Building Maintenance
• CAFM Experience
• Managing customer enquiries, completing quotations in relation to the day to day running of the Contracts
• Management skills to deliver Reactive and Planned Maintenance
• Understanding & Interpretation of SFG20 and HTM standards
• Understanding of Maintenance Service Levels/SLAs/Priority Levels
• Full UK Driving Licence
Role will consist of:
• Compliance Management
• Staff Management (Helpdesk Admin & Contract Admin)
• Engineer and Sub contractor Management
• Allocation of Planned Preventative Maintenance/Reactive work
• Financial Management
• Efficiency Management
• Quality Assurance and Health & Safety
• Customer Management and Reporting
Preferably based in Kent.
