Our client, a leading Estate Agency across Kent, located in Faversham, is currently looking to recruit a New Homes Sales Adviser to join their successful team.
As the New Homes Sales Adviser, you will be working on a rota basis 5 days a week, including weekends. This role will be paying £25,000 Basic (OTE £40K) Per Annum and will include other excellent benefits such as Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, and an Employee Assistance Scheme.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Meet and greet customers, establish great relationships and help customers make their dream move.
* Recognise the opportunity to help further and present useful products and services.
* Instinctively know how to initiate potential leads and refer customers to relevant colleagues.
* Keep in touch by liaising and communicating with Developers.
Person Specification
* Experience of working on New Homes sales sites
* Be the "Go-to" person for both clients and developers
* Confidence, a fantastic telephone manner, great at building rapport and have a genuine love of helping customers
* Naturally professional, organised and have a great work ethic
* You'll be able to think on your feet and be flexible
* A hardworking attitude with the desire and determination to achieve your targets
