Finishing Manager
Finishing Manager required on a residential project in Kent. This contract is looking for an ASAP
The project is 12 x1 & x2 bedroom residential apartments and you will manage the project through to completion and hand over to the client
Responsibilities:
* Internal package management
* Cooperation with project management and subcontractors.
* Ongoing monitoring of quality as well as guaranteeing of schedule compliance. Ideally you will have:
* Residential finishing experience
* Trades background or degree qualified
* Ability to be proactive and use initiative when making decisions
Rate: £210-£230 per day
Location: Folkestone
