We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Second Line Support Engineer to join a busy team in the East Kent area.
The right candidate will be providing second line support and escalation of help desk tickets as well as managing and monitoring call ques whilst all the time showing Proactive technical account management for mid-range clients, managing software life cycle, patching and upgrades for customers.
The following skills are required for you to be successful in this role.
You must have at least two years work experience supporting at least two of the following: Cisco, Fortinet and Pulse Secure and be highly skilled in one of these as well as having a solid understanding of networking technologies-routing, switching, LAN/WAN.
To be successful in this role you must also have Linux based operating systems and application experience as well as ideally have a Juniper, Checkpoint, or Cisco certification.
