Our client, a manufacturing company based in Ramsgate, is currently looking to recruit a Trainee or Skilled Operations Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role will be paying a competitive salary.
As the Trainee or Skilled Operations Engineer, you will â¦
* Carry out hardness testing.
* Carrying out detailed measurements on various components.
* Paint stripping and polishing various pins.
* Booking in and raise relevant paperwork.
* Carrying out intermediate and final Inspection.
* Carrying out Non-Destructive Testing Magnetic Particle.
* Carrying out Non-Destructive Testing Dye Penetrant Testing.
* Paint Refinishing.
* Shot Peening.
Person Specification:
* Engineering qualification or Engineering experience preferred
* Highly numerate and literate
* Capable of using, with a high degree of accuracy, a range of measuring tools
* Able to work in a team in a demanding, customer focused working environment
* Computer based skills (Microsoft Office)
