We are proud to be working with a Global leader to identify and assist them in the recruitment of a SAP Head of Delivery.

As the Head of Delivery, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the SAP landscape within the business, including project delivery and support and technology roadmaps.

Leading a team of 10, located at various global locations and working with external systems partners, supporting the business on numerous growth and efficiency improvement initiatives. You will be a strong man-manager with a positive solution focused approach and previous experience of successfully managing within a demanding role.

The position will be based in Dover, however our client promotes flexible working within the business and any flexible proposals will be considered.

Working with business managers to define requirements and translate these into projects, including working with the Project Manager to plan and scope the work required. Working with the technical/functional teams to ensure day to day support on the SAP landscape is delivered in accordance with any relevant SLAs Partnership with Business, IT, The SAP Programme and other support teams to coordinate and facilitate the scheduling, incident triage and timely resolution of production issues.
