The role will involve making outgoing phone calls to customers and managing bookings
To deal with general enquiries and provide information
To input and update customer records on the computer
Hours of work are based on a 35 hour working week - 5 days out 7 which will include weekends - Sats and Suns on a rota basis. Working hours are between 1100 and 1900.
Interested candidates will need previous customer service / call handling experience with confident keyboard skills.
