The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for Refuse Loaders to begin an ongoing position for our client based in the Tunbridge Wells, Kent area.
Daily duties will include:
- Loading & unloading dustcarts
- Assisting the driver with routes
- Customer service
- Working within 2 - 4 man crews
- Working on your feet all day
- Working outside in all weathers
Candidates must be physically fit for the role and must be able to commit to 5 days per week (Monday to Friday). Weekend overtime is optional. You will also need to be able to start from 06:30 every morning and to be flexible for different routes every day.
This will be an on-going role every week with The Best Connection, and may result in a permanent full-time contract dependent on performance.
All applications will be considered for the role and will be offered inductions immediately.
In return you will receive:
- Weekly pay
- Hourly rate of £8.72 - £8.98 (dependent on age and experience)
- Overtime
- 28 days holiday per annum
- Potential permanent position after a successful trial period
