Experienced Contracts Manager required for busy Main Contractor based in Rochester, Kent, working mainly throughout the South East.
Salary £42,000 - £45,000 subject to experience.
Company car, Fuel Card, Mobile phone and Pension Scheme
The Position is Full Time and permanent.
The main Company activity is the refurbishment of Industrial Units and Commercial Premises for Pension and Investment Funds, working on Industrial Estates throughout the South East. You will be tasked with Client relations, control of Direct Labour and Sub- Contractors. In addition to maintaining build quality, Health & Safety, Programming and the successful delivery of the Contract.
The ideal candidate would be keen to work for a medium size company working closely with the Managing Director to be part of achieving the company’s aims. Our Contract values range from £30K to £1.2 million. The ideal candidate would have experience and be confident in a management role.
