My Client's client base has expanded greatly over the last few months, so they now have a requirement for another CNC Miller Operator with some programming ability.
This is a day role with flexibility, working for in a niche injection moulding environment.
The Role: CNC - Miller / Operator
Setup and programming of EDM equipment to ensure proper functionality
Make precision parts for toolmakers and designers.
Working with sinker EDM machining solutions
Working to tight tolerances and deadlines
Inspection of finished work
Skills / Experience / Qualifications: CNC - Miller / Operator
EDM / Operator programmer experience ideally
Experience of Heidenhain ideal
Apprenticed served engineer with strong all-round skills.
Experience of working to tight tolerances and deadlines.
Practical understanding of tooling/ jigging required
The ability to inspect finished work.
