Our inhouse Technology Recruitment Academy has successfully passed its first cohort of Trainee Recruitment Consultants, who are now working towards becoming Managers within our business. As such we are now in a position to offer a similar training opportunity to a new group of Trainees.
You will initially undergo six months of training combined with practical on-the-job experience, followed by a longer-term career development plan tailored specifically to you.
Our intensive training programme will allow you to benefit from the knowledge of a team of highly experienced Recruiters, whilst working in a leading recruitment consultancy. You’ll receive comprehensive training in the key skills, including:
• Talent Sourcing (using various tools and techniques to find the best candidates)
• Time Management (prioritising your day and your activities)
• Negotiation (positively negotiating with candidates and employers)
• Business development (market mapping, lead-generation, client engagement)
• Relationship management (credible partnering with discerning customers)

This is a sales role, driven by KPI’s and revenue targets, where you have to be self-motivated and quickly able to generate your own candidates and sales leads – with the support of a dedicated trainer.
We are looking for highly motivated business-developers who will reap huge financial and personal rewards. This role requires self-starters with a positive attitude and a tenacious approach to problem solving.
Our ideal candidates will have experience of working in a sales role or target-driven position. Experience and/or interest in the IT sector would also be advantageous.
