The Best Connection Ashford are currently recruiting for a forklift yards person to work at one of our busy clients on Lympne Industrial Estate.
Shift Time: 14:00-22:00
Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)
The job will involve:
• Use of the forklift to move items around the yard when required.
• Putting stock items away that have been delivered throughout the day.
• Preparation of the jobs for the next day of production.
• Sorting items that have come back from the site.
The ideal candidate:
• Own transport is essential due to location.
• Forklift Counterbalance licence (in date).
• The ability to adapt to different tasks each day.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
• Flexibility to work extra hours when required.
£9.50 an hour
This position is NOT accessible via public transport and therefore having your own transport is essential.
