Quality Control and Assurance Manager - Financial Services - Chatham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quality Control and Assurance Manager to work for a market-leading, award-winning financial services company based in Chatham. You will be responsible for driving, leading and managing teams in multiple locations ensuring the effective implementation, delivery and ongoing monitoring of the 1st line of defence oversight and governance model.



The Quality Control and Assurance Manager will be responsible for;



* Developing, enhancing and implementing Level 1 and Level 2 Operational Quality Assurance and Control frameworks
* Leading a team of six direct reports
* Working with a wide range of stakeholders
* Conducting deep dive process reviews on existing and emerging risks and issues



The Quality Control and Assurance Manager will have;



* Extensive experience delivering and managing Operational Risk Control Self-Assessment programmes
* Specialist knowledge and experience of developing and implementing 1st Line of defence Quality Control frameworks
* Specialist knowledge of assessing and reporting on the effectiveness of risk control self-assessment (RCSA)
* Strong stakeholder management experience
