We at muchmore. are looking for a Senior Brand and Digital Designer to help carry our agency forward as we continue to increase the number of clients, brands and organisations that we serve, with the intention of developing the successful candidate into the role of Creative/Design Director into the future.

The role requires experience in many areas of design, especially the areas of branding, packaging design, website design (UX/UI) and print design; for the variety of tasks that we handle day to day at the agency. We are very much looking for someone who understands the brands and organisations we work with and who can quickly integrate into our workflow and produce the standard of work we are looking for in the initial months.

As the role develops, you will also be required to oversee the work of two junior/middleweight designers, as well as working with remote designers as projects require. As we meet our expected growth rate in 2021, you will also need to be able to share creative briefs and expectations for these projects and ensure timelines are met.

We are a small branding and digital agency based in Kent, with the intention to grow our team further in 2021.

We work with a range of brands and organisations, especially in the branding of food/drink/FMCG products and also working with non-profit and Christian organisations in the UK and USA.

We have seen tremendous growth this past year, not only with an increase in clients we serve, but also in the successful launches of our own products and sub-brands as a agency.
