Operations Administrator
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Hours: Permanent Full-Time
Location: Rochester, Kent
A permanent Operations Administrator is sought to join the Fleet Retail Group Ltd., a friendly and dynamic company in Rochester, currently in the early stages of major international expansion. With operations in the UK, France and Hong Kong, the right individual will be an important part of the drive to raise the Group's profile with luxury brands worldwide.
The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to work both as part of a busy team and on their own initiative.
The focus of the role is to support the Sales Team and mainly the Operations Manager.
This is a varied role with duties ranging from order processing, running reports through to dealing with supplier queries and all other aspects of operational management. The successful candidate will have previous administration experience and will be confident to learn new systems. You will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask and be a confident communicator.
Duties for this Operations Administrator role will include but not be limited to:
* Processing customer orders
* Assisting the sales team.
* Relationship management with supply chain.
* Daily order reporting to customers
The successful Operations Administrator will be:
* A team player, happy to collaborate with the rest of the team.
* Keen to progress and grow with the Company.
