Estates Site Lead Officer
Full Time Permanent Role
Bromley- Surrounding areas
39 Hours per week.
Salary offered £26,567 - £31,701

An Education facility with a number of campuses across SE London. As an award winning further education college they are looking for talented people to join them.
Your new role
Reporting to the Estates Operations Manager the company are looking for an Estates Lead top join them. The role will see you being involved in a number of different aspects;
* To coordinate the operational delivery of estate's activities across designated sites in line with the current SLA's standards, targets and frequencies.
* To ensure delivery of a high consistent quality of service across designated sites, demonstrated by high performance; high customer/user satisfaction.
* To deliver the day to day operation and supervise all estates activities and tasks across designated sites, ensuring information, systems and records are maintained current and services are delivered to a consistent standard.
* To induct and brief all 3rd party providers along with supervision and monitored to comply with the companies policies and standards of work.
* To assist estates staff in carrying out all estates operations.
* Be aware of the budget in collaboration with the estate operations manager.
Key Responsibilities include:
* To insure all inspections, tests, servicing, surveys and assessments are completed to ensure statutory requirements and key actions/recommendations provided are actioned timely to support full compliance.
* To organise, coordinate, lead and deliver tasks, duties and activities timely to meet the SLA, statutory compliance, planned and reactive tasks.
* The coordination of 3rd Party contractors in all aspects to respond to emergencies, undertake planned maintenance and compliance activities, undertake remedial repairs and works.
* To be a key holder and first responder both in hours and out of hours emergencies.
* To ensure that sites are maintained in a goof, presentable , safe and operational standards at all times.
* Support and mentor staff, ensuring they receive adequate training and direction.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in application the essential requirements are
Qualifications:
BIFM/IWFM Level 3 & 4
Experience of line management along with experience of service standards and how to deliver first class customer satisfaction.
Legislation concerning tendering limits and procedures and financial regulations and procedures relating to tendering and quotation levels.
