Payroll Manager | South Kent | 30k
Our client, a leading services business in Kent, are seeking to appoint a talented, results driven and pro-active Payroll Manager to join their team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to input their experiences and will focus on task such as:
• Timely and accurate payment of all temporary workers on weekly basis
• Troubleshooting and providing advice to all colleagues (within Payroll, and operational)
• Ensuring correct administration of all payroll related tasks (such as statutory payments, direct debit payments, pensions, family friendly, etc.)
• Providing training, coaching and mentoring to Payroll team
• Driving improvement within the Payroll function
• Working closely with the Finance, Operations, Compliance, Accommodation and Transport teams
Experience and requirements:
• Advanced Excel skills, including PIVOT tables, formulas and the ability build and troubleshoot complex workbooks
• Demonstrative experience in fast paced weekly Payroll environment
• Clear leadership and management abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• IT literacy
