Sheet Metal Worker - Press Brake Setter/Operator (CNC)
A vacancy has arisen for a skilled Sheet Metal Worker/Press Brake Setter Operator. The ideal candidate, should have experience working in a modern production environment, using up to date machinery and processes.
Ideally experienced in setting and operating Amada CNC multi axis Press Brakes, and with a working knowledge of Punch/Laser operations. However, applicants would be considered with strengths in either area, or from a General Sheet Metal Working background.
You would be expected to work from drawings across a range of materials including Aluminium, Stainless Steel & Mild Steel. With most products being thinner gauges and up to 3m in length.
Working in a small team of skilled operators in excellent working conditions and using the very latest equipment. On projects from Prototypes and small batches up to medium sized production volumes.
The position is full time at 40 hrs per week, with generous holiday allowance, pension scheme and competitive salary, reflecting experience.
