Civil Engineering Site Agent - West Kent- Permanent

PW Construct are proud to be working alongside a leading family-run infrastructure services company, supporting them in their search for a Civil Engineering Site Agent.

What they are looking for:

The Civil Engineering Site Agent will play a key role within their Civils division by ensuring the smooth running of sites through regular liaison with both clients and the teams on site.

Responsibilities:

-Ordering plant and materials to support the smooth running of the works programme
-Monitoring and maintaining records of plant, labour and materials together with works additional to the programme
-Monitoring works to enable the accurate submission of accurate monthly invoices and final account settlement
-Ensuring that all works (including snagging) are completed to both a timely and satisfactory standard, including liaising with the client

Their ideal candidate will have:

* A strong background in management with a background in working with civil engineering works
* Highways experience
* A high level of organisation & planning skills
* Previous experience in resource allocation, preparation of risk assessments & method statements
* A passion to ensure health & safety regulations are being adhered to
* An ONC, HNC or Degree level qualification in Civil Engineering
