Day to day in this position, you will work closely with the team of senior consultants- gaining exposure across the full recruitment process. From taking part in client development pitches/ meetings, to building a network of candidates within their industry niche, to coordinating contracts and compliance administration.

This is a busy and varied role – involving both ‘on the job’ style training and regular performance reviews with senior team.

You must be based locally- (Tunbridge Wells, Crowborough, Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Kings Hill) And, would ideally be graduate-educated with some demonstrable interest in the recruitment sector. Any level of professional experience is beneficial.
You should also have good communication skills and an ability to work quickly and efficiently when following administrative processes.

Monday – Friday 8.30- 17.30
