Due to an internal promotion, the company currently have scope to hire a new Lead / Principal Recruitment Consultant- and will build a tailored training and earnings package to suit.

Busy role- leading a team from the front.
Building and executing a client-development business plan; working with both an existing portfolio of clients, as well as seeking to win / develop new business opportunities too.
Responsibility for budgeting; performance setting and tracking; escalated service delivery; as well as elevating service standards and delivering training if/as needed.
Excellent market access:- Established niche recruitment team already working to PSL agreements with internationally-recognisable businesses/institutions; Superb CRM system in place – highly effective candidate database.
