We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual, with exemplary technical understanding of Financial Crime related legislation and guidance to join our Financial Crime Team. As Financial Crime Manager you will lead on matters of AML, CTF, ABC and Sanctions and will drive class-leading systems and controls in support of CAF strategy and objectives, alongside supporting the fight against Financial Crime.
Some of your key responsibilities would be to produce and implement a framework plan including relevant strategies and controls to manage financial crime risk across CAF, including its regulated subsidiaries CAF Bank and CAF Financial Solutions Ltd (CFSL); support the design and review of financial crime policies, processes and procedures to ensure they meet expectations including regulatory requirements; and to work with colleagues across the business to identify, assess and manage financial crime risk.
You will need to possess significant experience and knowledge of Financial Crime matters and key regulatory issues, experience of developing compliance frameworks and planning and monitoring, as well as a deep understanding of governance and control frameworks
