At Peel Ports we’re already one of the UK’s leading port and logistics companies. We are regularly looking to bring new staff on board at the Port of Sheerness and are currently recruiting for a Marine Co-ordinator on a fixed term contract basis to join our skilled and dedicated marine team.
As part of our team you will provide full administrative support to the Marine department and as such must have a strong administrative background. Experience of invoice processing would be advantageous as would previous experience of working in a port or marine environment (though not essential). You would also need to have strong IT/computer skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-moving operational environment. Our ideal candidate would possess good analytical skills and the ability to communicate with others at all levels.
In return we offer a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave, matched contributory pension and flexible benefits.
