Canterbury Golf Club is looking for Bar and Catering Supervisor to join our Team.

Initially, the position will require approximately 32 hours of work per week, however these hours may vary depending on the club’s requirements and functions therefore flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends is essential.

Ideally, applicants will have some previous bar and catering experience however this is not essential, as on the job training will be provided.

A personal licence holder (although not essential)

Duties

Working as part of the catering team to maintain a 5 *Hygiene award in a Bar/Club House setting and waiting on tables taking orders & serving behind the bar, preparing and serving drinks and food, have a basic awareness of food hygiene and standards.

Cash/Card handling.

Assisting in all aspects of preparation, service, delivery, duties related to the provision of a high quality catering service to Members, Visitors, External Customers, and Staff.
Set up, clear and promptly service table after use. Ensure the club house areas are clean and well presented at all times.
