You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Kent Homeless Connect service in Canterbury. This is a team that supports people who are at risk of becoming homeless, people who are rough sleeping, people who are living in supported accommodation and those who have moved on from supported accommodation. The team that you will be managing will be helping people that we support to build on their strengths as well as to support individuals with any needs that they may have. Providing advice, support and mentoring to the Kent homeless Connect Team in Canterbury. Monitoring and evaluating the will also be a big part of this role.
The role requires:
- In-depth experience of supporting homeless or vulnerable people who have complex and varying needs
- The ability to lead a team and get the best from them
- Strong communication and relationship skills with people from a range of organisations
- Experience of managing internal quality and audit processes.
Interview date: 21st April 2021
Contract: Fixed term until 14/04/2022
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
