Registered Manager for a CQC Registered Care Home in Kent
We are looking for a well-motivated candidate for the position of a Registered Manager in our twenty-two bed Residential Care Home for Dementia Care. You will be responsible for ensuring a cost effective and efficient service provision to the residents in accordance with the Fundamental Standards as required by the CQC. You will deliver effective leadership and line management to care and non-care staff, utilising your leadership skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care, as well as managing budgets and resources. You will engage and work in partnership with residents and their relatives and the wider healthcare and social care sector when decision making about residents’ care, treatment and support. You will also take a lead on projects for development of innovative day support and community-based services/opportunities on behalf of the Trust.
