A Senior HR Business Partner for a Private Sector company based in Kent.
Our Private Sector client is recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to join their small HR team based in Kent. As a HR Business Partner you will be supporting the HR, Finance and Compliance part of the business with all Employee Relations and Change Management duties. Although there will be no direct reports, you will have support from the HR Admin team. You must have experience of working at a Senior HR Business Partner level with Senior Directors of the business. Ideally you will also have experience within a Private Sector organisation.
