Sales Agent – Job Description
A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estate Agent, to join a thriving independent family-owned sales and lettings Estate Agency. This market leading brand has a strong lettings and property management service and is now seeking to grow and expand its sales department, with an ambitious candidate who is self-motivated and a key team player to complement the existing small successful team.
This role will involve -
The successful Sales Developer will have at least 5 year’s experience in the industry, with the ability to show a strong sales records and experience of winning and retaining instructions.
Be extremely well presented,
Demonstrate excellent levels of communication with prompt and precise feedback.
Negotiate offers with due care and attention whilst obtaining and presenting offers the client.
Progress sales by liaising with solicitors and other agents to exchange and completion of contracts.
Comply with current legislation.
Promote additional Estate Agency services.
A passion to succeed in growing the business and achieving personal growth.
The post holder will have relevant experience and will have a strong understanding of the sales process from initial valuation to sales completion.
The roles require the successful candidate to be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both vendors and purchasers, generating market appraisals booking and conducting viewings and negotiating offers.
-Generating new instructions and conducting property valuations
-Identifying opportunities to generate new sales business.
Experience and Skills required -
-5 Years estate agency sales experience.
-NAEA Qualified Level 2.
-Generating new instructions and conducting property valuations.
-Identifying opportunities to generate new sales business.
-You have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
-You will have solid IT skills and experience of using estate agency CRM systems.
-Negotiation skills and a natural sales ability is key.
-You will be well spoken and well presented.
-You will be target driven and ambitious.
-You will have excellent organisational skills and punctuality is of upmost importance.
-Social media skills are important.
-Full clear driving licence is essential.
