Customer Service Manager - Kent - £30-35k

Your new organisation & role
A ecommerce organisation in Tonbridge are looking to recruit a permanent Customer Service Manager to join their high growth business. Managing a team of 20, you will be responsible for the day to day performance and service level providers to their UK customer base.

You will train and upskill your team to provide excellent customer service. They will handle queries and complaints via phone, email and livechat. This is a great opportunity to guide and influence in a fast paced and exciting business.

Standard working hours are 9am-5pm, with occasional out of hours shifts during peak periods. This role is office based but does allow for some flexibility around remote working.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have previous supervisory or managerial experience in a Call Centre / Contact Centre / Customer Care team, ideally having managed a team of 10+. Experience within the ecommerce or online retail sectors is preferred and the ideal candidate would also have exposure to Zendesk.

What you'll get in return
You'll receive an annual salary of £30-35k, dependant on experience, 35 day holiday entitlement, company pension and health insurance.
