Due to growth we are looking for sales driven Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be assisting one of our Senior Consultants. You will be responsible for sourcing and meeting new candidates, through various means including advertising and networking. You will also maintain regular contact with existing candidates using our database, whilst consistently hitting KPI's and targets.

You will have a proven track record of achievement in previous employment and will demonstrate the ability to thrive working in a high performance & high pressure environment.
