Group Head of Finance, £80,000 - £100,000, West London

Your new company
An international and rapidly growing, listed media organisation based in West London are looking to hire a new Group Head of Finance. This company has made a significant impact in the international media industry and have ambitious plans for further growth. Working out of smart offices in West London, you will report into a charismatic and pioneering CEO, acting as a business partner to prepare consolidation reports for 20+ large entities, and liaise with the international Finance Manager, ensuring accurate entity financial reporting. This position has strong potential to grow into a CFO role, and the chance to work in an entrepreneurial, influential organisation.

Your new role
As the new Group Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:

* Acting as a business partner and holding complete ownership of preparing the full set of consolidated reports, group interim reports, and annual reports for all 20+ international entities
* Reporting to the passionate and entrepreneurial CEO to present group consolidation reports
* Liaising with the Finance Manager, ensuring accurate financial reporting for all 20+ international entities
* Providing commercial analysis and guidance to CEO and directors in key decision making
* Taking on ad-hoc CFO responsibilities as your position expands within the company
* Implementing and managing various financial controls
* Ensuring that all reporting for multiple international entities adhere to compliance standards and appropriate governance is in place
* Preparing and managing the different revenue streams from group entities

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed here, as a Group Head of Finance, you must be the following:

* A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, etc)
* Experienced in group consolidations reporting for multiple large entities

* Experienced in UK GAAP
* Experienced using Microsoft AX (desirable)
* A practice trained accountant (desirable)
* Comfortable working to demanding deadlines
