Finance Business Partner – Maternity Cover | Kent/Hybrid | Up to £50k
This is a 10-12 month maternity cover role, for a qualified Finance Business Partner, to join an expanding services business who have adopted a hybrid working style. In this role you will be expected to take a lead on preparing the management accounts for several group businesses, as well as getting involved with the operational team to ensure that they are getting the information and advice that they need.
Responsibilities will include:
• Budgeting - Assist in the production of any annual budget and periodic forecasting
• Provide management reporting for decision-making, including project appraisal, evaluation and post-implementation analysis
• Variance Analysis
• Liaising with all departments on forecasts and variances
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations and investigations
• Handle debtors and creditors and resolve queries as necessary
• Product Pricing Maintenance- Oversee production and reporting of client referral, rebate, and commission schemes - Maintain pricing and rebating for all products and as per client agreements
• Regular and Ad Hoc Reporting (Crystal Reports, SOL and Excel as tools) including trend analysis and impact analysis
• Cashflow monitoring
• VAT processing
• Assist in any audits where required
• Assisting with Financial Accounting wherever required
