My client, based on the outskirts of Cranbrook, are currently looking to recruit Finance Director to join the executive team.
You will be responsible for all Financial matters and line management responsibility for the Finance and Procurement departments.
Duties will include;
* Ensure all regulatory reporting is completed
* Lead the development of the 3-year business plan and annual budget
* Ensure budgetary control is effective & suitable cost controls are in place
* Cash flow management
* Investment decisions are robust and return on investment criteria give value for money
* Effective procurement is in place
* Decision making is supported by the production of relevant management information
The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and strategic experience gained within a commercial environment.
In return the company are offering a competitive salary, healthcare and parking on site.
