Client Services Administrator
Location: Outskirts of Maidstone
Salary £Great + Bens + training and development
The ideal candidate will answer and log all incoming correspondence via the Salesforce system. They will build relationships with the client base and go the extra mile, whilst understanding business needs. If successful in the role, you will hit the ground running, learning a vast array of service information, processes and procedures whilst supporting your team and the clients, learning new technical skills, and being trained on a variety of systems/platforms. You will strive to become an excellent communicator and investigator and be driven to resolve queries within strict SLAs. You will show great attention to detail whilst providing quotations to clients and logging them on the systems, ensuring that clients are invoiced for the services quoted.
You will have the ability to maintain a high level of customer service always, whilst dealing with internal administration duties, communications from internal departments and embarking on ongoing additional training to enable you to better support the team and the client.
An ideal candidate will be helpful, well organised, eager to learn, flexible, reliable, have attention to detail be numerate and literate with a good attitude to hard work and problem solving. Candidates will be required to use various computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as internal systems for which training will be provided for but a basic understanding of the Microsoft suite is a must .
A good telephone manner is essential as is the ability to provide clear communication by email using good literacy and ability to multi task and meet deadlines/SLAs. Candidates should show initiative and work very well under pressure.
