Supplier Relationship Manager

£40,000 - £45,000

Our client based in Medway is looking for a Supplier Relationship Manager to join their team. You will own the supplier performance monitoring and relationship management process; ensuring contractual obligations and regulatory requirements are met.

Responsibilities

* Measurement and analysis of Suppliers performance against agreed service and cost expectations.
* Monitoring of contracts and contractual obligations of suppliers.
* Work with key stakeholders and vendor owners to agree and drive the SLAs for service delivery.
* Regularly review and improve contractual terms and conditions from a governance and policy perspective including any change in regulatory requirements.
* Build out the supplier relationship management strategy and policies, providing training and mentoring of all stakeholders in the business.
* Serve as the key point of contact between the supplier and business owner to ensure SLA level is met and resolve any performance related issues when required.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Risk, and Operations Teams to ensure compliance to Smart's strategy and continuous improvement of Procurement processes.

Experience needed

* Experience in managing Supplier/Vendor performance monitoring and vendor relationship management.
* Ability to build rapport at all levels within the business
