Venrec are pleased to be recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Maidstone, Kent
About us:
• Venrec are a progressive permanent recruitment agency which was established in 2018. We are now looking to add an additional permanent recruitment consultant to our team to assist with our demand.
• This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a growing business where there is room to develop and progress.
• We recruit for multiple sectors, including but not limited to: Accountancy, Care, Admin/Office staff, Construction, IT, Sales, Logistics and Training.
The role entails:
• Interviewing candidates - through telephone, Zoom or face to face
• Assisting candidates through the whole recruitment process
• Generating new clients and leads through marketing
• Building and developing relationships with clients through regular contact
• Admin tasks - formatting CV's, arranging interviews, etc.
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
• The ability to self-motivate
• Confidence speaking with both clients and candidates
The salary for this position is up to £22,000 + commission
