Working in a buzzy customer services environment, you will be:

* Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, taking inbound calls in this busy team
* Building rapport with all customers
* Dealing with all customer correspondence, including complaints and issues
* Making detailed notes and record conversations accurately
* Dealing with email correspondence
* Directing calls appropriately within the organisation

To be eligible for this fantastic opportunity you will have/be:

* A strong work ethic
* A team player
* Proactive and hardworking
* A positive can-do attitude
* Previous experience of working in an office based customer services role
* Warm and friendly with the ability to build relationships
* Able to pass a credit check and DBS check
