Role: Teaching Assistant
Salary: £75 – £90 per day
Start Date: September 2022 or Sooner

RSFL Education are seeking a Teaching Assistant for an immediate start.
Your key responsibility is to provide a personalised learning experience for all pupils and support high quality teaching in line with the national curriculum. Assistance with personal care may be required.
You MUST have a child workforce DBS on the update service, or be willing to have one completed through RSFL Education.
Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:
To support a secondary aged pupil on a 1:1 basis, encouraging positive behaviour.
Work under the direction and guidance of the class teacher and to liaise with the class SENCO about specific needs.
To understand and help the pupil to understand lesson objectives.
Ensure that students have equal access to learning and development.
Help the student to concentrate on, and finish work set.
Attend staff meetings, teacher training days, and courses as appropriate.
