Due to retirement we are seeking a qualified LGV / HGV Mechanic to join our team to service and repair our fleet of vehicles
Mechanic Job role:
As an LGV/HGV mechanic, you will be based in our workshop where you will be required to undertake all levels of maintenance, repairs and major overhauls and complete standard servicing and diagnostics.
You must be capable of following the repair process from fault analysis to completion.
Diagnosing vehicle defects.
Maintenance and repair of all types of HGVs and trailers.
Conduct routine inspections and Pre-MOT inspections, as necessary.
Comprehensive completion of all documentation including worksheets.
As our fleet also includes access platforms experience with these would be ideal but not necessary
Mainly workshop based but some of site work i;e breakdowns will need you to attend site.
Monday to Friday 45 hours with overtime and Saturdays available if wanted.
